Le Directeur de la transformation et la Directrice d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e au capital humain assistaient \u00e9galement \u00e0 cette rencontre.<\/strong><\/p>Contrairement \u00e0 ce que les syndicats avaient pu esp\u00e9rer \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociations, le DG consid\u00e8re que les tutelles ne reviendront plus sur le dernier cadrage de 2,4 % obtenu cette ann\u00e9e, et ce, quel que soit le niveau de protestation des salari\u00e9s et la composition du nouveau gouvernement apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"j\">La Direction propose donc <strong>un proc\u00e8s-verbal de d\u00e9saccord NAO<\/strong> reprenant la position des syndicats exprim\u00e9e dans <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiqueNAO2022b.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">le communiqu\u00e9 intersyndical \u00e9mis \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation du 12 avril 2022<\/a>. La Direction devrait ensuite appliquer, par d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale, sa proposition sans mesure hors cadrage rappel\u00e9e dans <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiqueNAO2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">le communiqu\u00e9 intersyndical \u00e9mis \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation du 31 mars 2022<\/a>. La d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale sera normalement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lors d\u2019un comit\u00e9 social et \u00e9conomique (CSE) extraordinaire le 9 mai 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"j\">Lors de la r\u00e9union, le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a cependant indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il partageait l\u2019avis des organisations syndicales sur l\u2019insoutenabilit\u00e9 budg\u00e9taire de l\u2019IRSN <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccomptes.fr\/fr\/documents\/57216\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u00e9j\u00e0 relev\u00e9e par la Cour des Comptes<\/a>.
