Les trois organisations syndicales se sont engag\u00e9es \u00e0 signer le <a href=\"https:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/projetaccord.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projet d\u2019accord joint<\/a>. Cependant, l\u2019article 1 du <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000041858525\/\" target=\"_blank\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b02020-543<\/a> applicable pour ce dispositif \u00e0 l\u2019IRSN demande au pr\u00e9alable une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du Conseil d\u2019Administration (CA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"j\">Pour que la mise en \u0153uvre de l&rsquo;accord ne soit pas retard\u00e9e \u00e0 la date du prochain CA (1<sup>er<\/sup> ao\u00fbt 2022), les organisations syndicales se sont entendues pour demander une proc\u00e9dure exceptionnelle de vote par correspondance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CFE-CGC a propos\u00e9 que la Pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil d\u2019Administration soit pr\u00e9venue de cette demande exceptionnelle dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais et dans le respect des r\u00e8gles du CA par l&rsquo;envoi d&rsquo;un courriel. Ce <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/20220225courrielCA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">courriel<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 d\u00e8s le 25 f\u00e9vrier 2022 par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire des Administrateurs salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"j\">La Pr\u00e9sidente a ainsi pu \u00e9voquer le sujet d\u2019une consultation par correspondance lors de la s\u00e9ance du CA du 28 f\u00e9vrier 2022. Elle n\u2019a pas \u00e9mis d\u2019opposition de principe mais consid\u00e8re, comme le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, que cette proc\u00e9dure demande une instruction.
